What is our cancellation policy?

We do not allow order cancellation. Once your order is placed, it is immediately processed.

How do I return my order?

Jhaorkha specialises in handcrafted products. Once your order has been received and processed, a lot of effort and time goes into making each of these hand crafted products.

In order to safeguard the interests of the craftsmen, we do not allow returns on orders. Returns are accepted and honoured only if a damaged piece is sent over to you.

Exchanges

To avoid sizing issues, we strongly encourage our customers to go through the size guide and product specifications on our website before making any purchase.

Exchanges are honoured only in cases where there are sizing related issues and are also dependant on the availability of the product[s] in question.

What do I do if my order is damaged?

For any delivered products that are damaged, we need to be notified within 48hrs for us to process a replacement.
